The Mandala Hotel

You will feel like a Queen (or King!) when staying at the Mandala Hotel. So luxurious and special touches everywhere like automatic doors that swing open when you approach and fresh flowers everywhere. Even the smallest suites are spacious and all include kitchens, seating areas and marble bathrooms. There are two restaurants to choose from, the 2 Michelin starred Facil is devine, surrounded by greenery, serving exquisite dishes from the most high quality ingredients is on the 5th floor and the Qiu restaurant and bar is a slightly more relaxed loungey vibe but still pretty fancy. Get a massage or indulge in a sauna on the 11th floor with panoramic views over the city.

Rooms and suites are incredibly big, modern with comfortable bed and sofas. The place is designed to perfection, and the kitchen has modern appliances. The location, right in Potsdamer Platz, is great for movie lovers. Around you have the Sony Center multiplex, Filmmuseum Berlin and the Berlinale theatre. The wellness area, at the top of the building, is renowned for relaxing, there is no pool but nice face and body treatments (recommended is the jetlag revival massage) and sauna.

Very modern, for the business traveler - rooms were clean, spacious and I got a great night's sleep. Small but very well-appointed gym, and great location.
