El edificio del Parlamento húngaro es una de las joyas de cualquier visita a la ciudad. De estilo neoclásico, es el edificio más grande del país y uno de los parlamentos más grandes del mundo. Es bonito contemplarlo tanto desde la zona de Buda, al otro lado del Danubio (no dejes de visitar el Castillo de Buda), como desde un crucero por el río o lo más cerca posible, a sus pies.
De hecho, los ciudadanos de la Unión Europea pueden visitar su interior de manera gratuita en uno de los tours guiados. Recuerda llegar con tiempo porque la cola es larga y hay un cupo limitado. Hay 4 tours diarios en castellano, si no entiendes inglés.

This is a massive government building. It's a newer addition to the city, having been completed in the early 20th Century. It's situated on the banks of the Danube and is striking day and night.

The impressive edifice is a true Neo-Gothic architectural artwork and certainly the most recognizable Budapest’s landmark. Can you believe It has around 700 rooms and 19 km of stairs and corridors? Cross the Danube to Buda "side" for the best spots to take pictures.

The highlight of the night scape in Budapest is the Parliament Building. The beautifully lit building is one of the favorite subjects of photographers and visitors. It looks even more beautiful up close!

We took a cruise so that we can have better view along the river. This Parliament building is the landmark if Hungary. The design and architecture us massive and great.

Amazing building with incredible history. Outside is beautiful but worthwhile to pay and take a tour and see the Crown Jewels and crown. Various prices depending on age and where you come from.

Everyone says that this is a must-see when in Budapest - they're not wrong! Amazing architecture - you could stare at it for a long time (which I did, sitting on the river bank with a girl I met there). Very photogenic building with changing of the guards ceremony (which caught me off guard!) every afternoon. The guards let you take photos with them afterwards. There is also a free exhibit about restoration works and the history of the building in a basement to the side of the building. Best of all - looking at this building is free ;)

Spend any time near the Danube riverfront in Budapest and it'll be impossible to miss the commanding Hungarian Parliament Building. Not surprisingly given its scale, this is the largest building in Hungary and is considered one of the most beautiful. The gothic architecture is the stuff of fantasies and will leave you captivated.
