Hilton Garden Inn San Francisco Airport / Burlingame

Love this hotel. This is my resident hotel for business trips to the Bay area.

The hotel is right in front of the Bay trail, which makes it for a brilliant running place at all times of the year. Nearing it is also a park and a golf course. The hotel itself is sufficiently equipped, very quiet and relaxing, the room spacious and clean, staff unbelievably friendly and helpful.

The airport location makes it a great business hotel. There is a shuttle every 20 minutes to and from airport. Both the Bart and Caltrain station on the weekend are about 15 minutes walking distance.

I found this hotel to be quite pleasant, the only thing being that it was quite a ways from the airport. It's a little over 2 or 3 miles so plan ahead on your timing for the shuttle to SFO. I enjoyed the indoor pool and the free breakfast served in the lobby downstairs. The front desk staff was also really friendly and welcoming, which can be rare at airport hotels.
