In the past couple decades, the Czech Republic has quickly become one of the favorite destinations for travelers in Europe. Historic cities with well-preserved architectures, grand castles, ornate cathedrals, good food and drink, and laid back mentality have placed the Czech Republic on most European itineraries. Bohemian, the western portion of the country is beer territory, and many come to drink Czech beer to the full. Pilsner was invented here and its the home of the original Budweiser.
The Czech Republic was the first place I ever traveled abroad so it holds a special place in my heart. I went there on a trip with classmates as a teenager and this country made such a great impression on me that it is still one of my favorite places in the world. It offers a beautiful blend of east and west European flavors. I intend to return there some day in the future.
They have beer. They have roasted meat on spits. They have an old town square with a festive clock. They have absinthe. They have a really tall club serving 7 kinds of musical genres. It's fun there and apparently easily reached by those in the Easter US. Go figure!
;D
I love this city, its people, and I like spending my time in this city,
very cute city view, nice beer!
