The Milton Hotel Hershey

This hotel is very simple. They have an outdoor pool that's open till 10pm, and breakfast till 10 during the week. The breakfast is your basic things like toast, waffles, cereal, pastries, etc. They say they have an "arcade" but by that, they mean a pac-man game and a claw machine, lol. But the room service is great, they arranged my little brothers stuffed animals on the bed every morning, which was adorable!

This Best Western’s got a decent location in the sense that it is kind of central—somewhere between all the chocolate attractions and the Medical Center and the shopping outlets. The staff is quite friendly and helpful. They offer a free breakfast in the morning—good because there isn’t too much in the way of eating spots in the immediate vicinity. Complimentary Wi-Fi works all over the property. There is a business center if you don’t have your own laptop. Rooms are what they should be for a hotel of this class—they come complete with fridge, coffee maker, comfy beds. Free newspapers in the lobby—nice touch. Game room and vending machines available. Friendly place to stay for anyone visiting Hershey. Close to Troegs brewery—a nice micro-brewery with some of Pennsylvania’s finest brews (check out the HopBack Amber and the Nugget Nectar :)

If you are planning to visit Hershey’s Chocolate World and Hershey Park, Best Western Hershey would be a great place to stay. It’s right down the road from the park. Offers free continental breakfast including fresh waffles, hard-boiled eggs and various other choices. Coffee is available throughout the day, and mini-fridge, coffee machine, TV are in the room. The lobby was bright and comfortable, also accessible to a free newspaper. There are also a game room and vending machine. The staff was very nice and helpful, resourceful for tour information. Very close to Hershey park, and not too far from Harrisburg downtown area. Shopping outlet, Troegs brewery and other attractions are located near here.
