Located in Hyannis (roughly 30-minute drive), the Melody Tent has nightly concerts with a mix of current artists and oldies acts, with some comedians mixed in. Check the paper or web for schedules.
The Cape Cod Melody Tent is located in Hyannis and is open mainly during the summer. The stage turns 360 degrees so there are really no bad seats. (save yourself money...the first ten rows or so are priced significantly higher than the back rows, but the experience is the same.)
Go on line and book a show at this wonderful performance venue in Hyannis.... about 30 minutes from the house. Have dinner in town and then see the show in a "real tent".
The hottest place on the Cape for summer concerts and performances. About a 20 minute drive from the house. I saw my first concert there when I was 10!

Be sure to check the summer schedule and plan ahead to attend one of the many great outdoor concerts on the cape! This is just 10 minutes from our home and a really great night out for all ages.
Because the show was not sold out they somehow moved our seats back 5 rows without explanation. When confronted at the ticket table they gave the standard non-answer that they don't handle these type of questions at there level what a joke and completely unprofessional.

Great venue for all types of entertainment. I have personally been to concerts and comedians at this venue and it is lots of fun. Good acoustics and always a good time. About 20-30 minutes down Rte 6 from Chatham.
Entertainment under a tent outside. Stage in the center that rotates. Great seats everywhere!

The best of the best of entertainment with big name stars!Every seat is a great seat. Great restaurants in town to go to before. Try Alberto's Ristorante for Italian, Portside Tavern for AWESOME food -- tell Bob Murphy "Gigi" sent you, or French Bistro intimate dining with Pain D'Avignon Cafe Boulangerie.
Great place to see a show. The stage is round and moves slowly throughout the show. At one of her shows Mary Chapin Carpenter called it the "lazy susan of love!"
A special place to go for an outdoor concert. Many famous acts will be at the Melody Tent this summer.
