Bespoke

I love Bespoke! My favorite classes are Friday nights with Amanda. I love her energy and music selections. This place is great - they let you use their ride shoes for free :) and the showers are really nice/clean!

PROS
+ Great bikes! New, well-maintained, and great condition!
+ Fun spin room with light dimmers and fantastic sound system
+ FREE SHOE RENTAL...this is a life saver if you don't own your own pair.
+ Alkaline water fountain
+ L'Occitane products in the locker rooms
+ Towel service before and after every class
+ $59 for 2 weeks unlimited classes for newbies. GREAT DEAL!!!
+ Very convenient location right by Target. Get your work out and errandss done in the same place.

CONS
- Lockers are ALWAYS FULL. I tried snagging one in between the shuffle of the previous class, but it was far too chaotic.
- Spin room is super stuffy and not very well ventilated. You can feel the thick sweat and humidity in the air as soon as the previous class finishes, and there isn't much time to air out before the next class enters.
- Bikes are very close together so doing some of the arm workouts can be awkward when you're bumping into your neighbors.
- Really funky smell -- thank god for the scented candle that semi-masks some of the odor. It's not too horrible, but when it hits your nose...
- Hectic, chaotic, and crammed between classes...absolute cluserf*ck. Maybe the layout wasn't very well mapped out.
- So this was the biggest deal breaker for me -- As I was adjusting my bike after the last class before me exited, the floor beneath my bike was covered in two pools of sweat. My bike was extremely greasy and damp. All the knobs I was touching were slippery. I was looking for the alcohol wipes to wipe down my bike, but nowhere to be found.

I enjoyed our trainer, Elady -- she was very motivating and kept her energy up the entire time. Her playlist and routine was well curated and planned out. She's got a killer bod so it's obvious she knows what shes doing! Fantastic work out lead by Elady and I will probably come back just for her class. Other than that, I've enjoyed other studios in DTLA far better.
