The absolute best burger in East Nashville. Wonderful spot for eclectic craft beers, delicious burgers, and milkshakes for the kids. Great outdoor space minutes away from our home.

Our food cake our cold, but the outside seating area is good to sit down and have a beer.

Truly the pinnacle of East Nashville culture and food! They are known for their craft beer selection, extinct phosphate sodas (a unique dry soda made by chemists in the early 1900s), home-made fries and ketchup, and their awesome burgers. Going to the Pharmacy is an experience through and through.

As far as burgers go, the Pharmacy offers some of the best in town! Plus, the shakes and Tot's are really good too.

My experience at this place was pretty neat, our service was very fast, we sat down outside, the food was good and the beer was better. Day was sunny and there was a lot of people enjoying their lunches.

This is burger heaven! Start with the on-tap root beer. Everything is great, but you can't go wrong with the Farm Burger, add goat cheese, and get some tater tots.

Cool patio and porch area. Way small inside but worth the squeeze. Quality ingredients, yummy soda combos and just plain great meat. Come at lunch time or early week to avoid hipster nation and get some roomier seating with zero wait time.

My favorite burger spot in Nashville - (well maybe tied with Jack Browns). Many selections of burger combinations and microbrews. Go mid afternoon before the line is out the door and you have to stand there for a long time smelling the great food.

Can get super crowded on weekends and some evenings, but worth a stop in for sure. Beers, burgers, brats and homemade sodas.

If you go to Pharmacy Burger, be prepared for a wait, because there ALWAYS is one. The place is notoriously under-staffed, so you'll have to stand around for 20-30 minutes, stomach growling, while you stare at tantalizingly empty tables. The wait and any hassle are worth the effort. They have AMAZING food, and you won't be disappointed. I'm not a vegetarian, but my favorite is their falafel burger with yogurt raita (add jalapenos please). They offer some of the best outdoor seating in Nashville and it's the only place I know of where you can put your feet in the grass and have a beer.
TIP: The "beer garden" isn't actually a beer garden. There are TWO tables at which you can seat yourself after getting a beer from the bar, the rest of the tables are glorified patio seating. There is one table in the back right corner at which you can smoke.
