If you like a theme hotel, this one is definitely for you! This hotel is decorated throughout the lobby and breakfast room with statues depicting the French middle ages -- templar nights, saints, you name it, it's probably here. On top of all the usual décor, the hotel goes all out at Christmas with a nativity creche and lots of lights. The rooms -- thankfully -- are much more soberly decorated, with simple beds, desks and clean bathrooms and a great view over the Latin Quarter.

This 2-star hotel is located in a quiet street in the Latin Quarter. I was nicely greeted by the man at the reception desk, once he had finished joking with another guest; it is clear that customer satisfaction is really a priority here. The lobby and dining room are decorated in warm red tones with fleur-de-lys symbols painted on the windows and statues of knights and French royalty adorning the shelves and alcoves. The rooms are quite simple with beiges and pastels but some of them have a view of the Eiffel Tower! Breakfast is available for 10 Euros extra. The hotel is very close to many attractions such as Notre Dame de Paris, the Ile Saint-Louis, the Luxembourg Garden, and Saint Germain des Pres.

Awesome budget hotel in Paris. For about just 100 euros, you can stay in the latin quarter. The rooms are quite spacious and very very clean. The rooms are the corner have lovely street views. Staff is super agreeable too.
