We kayaked up to Serrano Glacier and then took Agunsa Patagonia to Estancia Puerto Consuelo in Puerto Natales. Along the way we saw gorgeous waterfalls and lovely views. The boats were clean and comfortable. Once on board you get your choice of a drink (whiskey or a pisco sour) and a snack. ...and yes, the ice for the pisco sours come from glacial ice. If you hang back while everyone else hikes up to the glacier, you'll see the boat hands deftly grab huge chunks of ice, chop it and then pop it into a cooler.
