Local place that is run by the people who run Home Cocktail, but a prettier setting. Upstairs has comfy couches and is a great place to sit on the balcony and enjoy a few drinks and something to eat. They do Khmer food and western food all at extremely reasonable prices. Some of the western food is a bit hit and miss, but the Khmer food is spot on! This place is really popular with the young Cambodian crowd. To fit in with the locals, try sour mango with salt chilli dip as a snack with your drinks.
