I have stayed here before a few months ago and was satisfied. This time, however was not good. When we arrived, we inspected the room and found it to be generally and visually unclean. The floors were dirty. There was hair and other debris in the beds. The sheets had large yellow stains on them which we took down to the lobby and exchanged for new sheets. The refrigerator did not work. The air conditioning unit only partially worked and blew air very lightly. Water, unfortunately, did not get very hot at all for a shower in the morning. The toilet was also backed up and flushed very very slowly. I’ve stayed at many hotels/motels and this was one of my worst experiences. I politely informed the staff of my displeasure at check in and at check out. The response I received was that they would let the manager know.

When I checked in the desk agent didn’t acknowledge me she was watching something on her phone, didn’t even look at me just took my id and checked me in. When I got to the room curtains were hanging off the hooks, blood stains on the sheets fleeced on the side of the mattress pad. This was the worst! I left and went to another hotel! Never ever again will I ever stay at a Motel 6! Nasty! Nasty and beyond nasty! I will definitely fight for my money back!

It was dirty and moldy. You could smell it instantly. The shower half worked. The TV didn't work. Half the lights didn't work.
