You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the full amount of the booking will be pre-authorized on the credit card used during the booking. Additionally, a prepayment deposit via bank transfer will be requested by the property. Please note that the property only allows pets in certain room types and with a maximum weight up to 15 kg at an extra charge of 25€ per pet per night. Please contact the property after booking for more information. Please note that the reception and the sauna are closed from May to October. Check-in is organized, but payment at the hotel is not possible. In this period, payment is only possible by bank transfer or credit card before the stay.
