John was brilliant
But side note John in particular was marvellous. His service was very attentive, extremely friendly and couldn’t do enough for us.
Great hotel rooms were brilliant and one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in all my time thank you

Sublime!
Impeccable service, extraordinary food and drink and dream rooms mean you don’t have to go out on the corner.
From the reception staff who helped us with an early check in and later check out who helped us super Michelle and the whole team, Gilmar and Fermin at the restaurant, all the wonderful staff, we congratulate you.
If you are looking for a beach hotel it is not a good option as you have to travel further if you are looking for a romantic experience as a couple, this is the place!

Basic flaws in a luxury hotel
Excellent gastronomy and service.
But the cottage had a strong muuuito mould smell. So much so that even clothes that I didn't wear, but stayed the 4 days in the room stopped, they smelled mold.
The shower also did not warm up properly.
Another negative factor is abuse in the prices of beverages. Dose of liquor 43 (whose bottle costs about R$ 150) sold for R$ 70.
Aperol (which usually costs around R$ 40 in good restaurants) sold at R$ 78.
This type of abuse of the guest (who is already paying a fairly high price for hosting) is inappropriate and unjustified.
I don't mind paying expensive if what is delivered is in agreement. That's not the case.

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of BRL 1000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
