Reasonable
It's on a busy street, it's quite noisy at night, the room is old and not well maintained, the mattress is uncomfortable, I didn't use the blanket because it didn't seem to be sanitized in an open package, it has basic amenities, air conditioning worked well.
Basic breakfast, but well served. It doesn't have a restaurant, but there are some very good Korean food near the hotel.
High daily rate for the service offered.
I would stay again only as a last resort due to the noise and comfort of the bed.

Terrible service after hosting and service offered with poor quality.
Booking informed that the hotel would process the payment and when I arrived at the hotel I was not informed about anything, with no possibility of paying in installments, they simply posted the amount.
When I questioned it at checkout, they blamed Booking.
They gave me a Whatsapp contact and I received very poor service.
The person who provided service through the app didn't have a minimum of care and attention when speaking, he just said that the hotel doesn't pay for installments, if I wanted, I could check with Booking and gave me a phone number that belonged to the head of reception.
Zero empathy and common sense when dealing with customers.
That was aside from the stay, very low quality breakfast, no replacement after 9am.
Poor lighting in the bedroom and bathroom.
Bathroom full of mold stains, shower grout full of crusts.
No window in the bathroom, no exhaust fan.
The smell gets trapped inside the room.
Frayed towels, which you see on the other side, to the point of tearing.
