Wonderful experience!
We had excellent vacation there! The hotel was big, with proper parking area and fast and warm welcome at the reception, very professional.
The room was spacious, newly furnished and cosy, everything you need included, with large terrace.
The room and the bath were very clean, maids were kind and smiling, doing excellent job.
The restaurant was big, spacious, clean with polite and kind staff. The food was delicious, fresh and various.
The outdoor pools and aquapark were our children's favourite place, spacious, clean and suitable for all ages.
We come back there definitely! It was wonderful!

Απογοητευτικό!
Έμεινε στις Ιούλιος / Αύγουστος με τα 2 μικρά παιδιά μας με Ημιδιατροφή.
* Το φαγητό στο κατώτερο εστιατόριο του εδάφους ήταν καλό για πρωινό και δείπνο
* Τα δωμάτια ήταν καλά και τα κρεβάτια άνετα
* Ψυχαγωγία κάθε βράδυ, και παιδική πισίνα, η οποία είναι διασκεδαστική
* Το μεγαλύτερο μέρος του προσωπικού είναι αγενές (όχι γεια / παρακαλώ / παρακαλώ / ευχαριστίες) ή απλά άγνοια
* Το ξενοδοχείο είναι βρώμικο, οι τουαλέτες βρωμιές και βρώμικες, οι τουαλέτες στην πισίνα δεν είχαν σαπούνι σε κυρίες όλη την εβδομάδα και ποτέ δεν σκουπίστηκαν, τόσο πολύ επικίνδυνες
* Η περιοχή της πισίνας ήταν βρώμικη, με μπύρα κ.λπ.
* Το δωμάτιο δεν καθαρίστηκε σωστά καθόλου, και δεν είχε υποστεί κενό όλη την εβδομάδα! Βρήκαμε σκουπίδια και βρωμιά στο πάτωμα από προηγούμενους επισκέπτες!
* Τα παιδιά σερβίρονται ωμό κοτόπουλο κατά το μεσημεριανό γεύμα, στο εξωτερικό εστιατόριο στην πισίνα
* Πλακάκια που λείπουν στο πάτωμα της πισίνας και τα παιδιά τραβούν περισσότερο μακριά, είπε το προσωπικό αλλά δεν με άρεσε, η κατάσταση χειροτέρεψε μέσα στην εβδομάδα!
* Έλλειψη ανώτερου προσωπικού ή διοίκησης γύρω, αισθάνεται ότι το προσωπικό αφήνεται να κάνει ό, τι θέλει
* Σάκοι από δοχεία αριστερά γύρω από
* Ο σερβιτόρος έφυγε από την τουαλέτα χωρίς να πλένει τα χέρια και πήγε κατευθείαν πίσω στο εστιατόριο
Είμαι βέβαιος ότι η διοίκηση θα απαντήσει λέγοντας ότι θα έπρεπε να είχαμε πει κάποιος, αλλά βάσει της εμπειρίας που είχαμε με κάποιο από το προσωπικό το θεωρούσα άσκοπο. Όχι μόνο αυτό, αλλά δεν είδαμε κανένα διευθυντικό προσωπικό να αναφέρει τίποτα! Ο χώρος είναι βρώμικος βρώμικος και δεν θα έπρεπε να πάρει τους επισκέπτες να το ανεβάσουν στο προσωπικό!
Περισσότερο σαν ένα 3 αστέρων το πολύ, και η περιοχή δεν είναι πολύ καλύτερη - ανοίγοντας είναι άνιση σε ολόκληρη την πόλη και τα καλώδια κ.λπ. που σε όλη τη χώρα! Δεν θα επισκεφθώ και πάλι τη Βουλγαρία!

Dear guest, thank you for the feedback and for your remarks. It is very important for us the feedback from our guests. Thank you for the compliments about our delicious food and nice rooms. About the staff, we have a very friendly staff which is always smile. Clieaness is very important for us! We clean the pool two times per day, we clean the toilets constantly, rooms are cleaned every day. The food in the restaurant is so delicious and is prepared of one of the best cookers. Every day 24/7 you can find a manager in the hotel. You have just to tell the receptions that you want to speak with one. Next time, just please inform the reception if you see some problem.

Excellent quality for the price
Having decided at the last moment to attend a conference in Albena, we have found a very good offer on the web for the Flamingo Grand (it was much cheaper than any other hotel).
Having a limited budget (you know, research funds) we decided to book the hotel, and we were wondering in which dark basement our rooms would be...
And instead, surprise: fourth floor, huge rooms with beautiful balcony!
The staff is very kind and I have to say that I really like this hotel.

Excellent hotel and extremely competent personnel
Flamingo Grand and Spa Hotel in Albena is one of the best places for vacation in Bulgaria. The suits and studios are excellent and the food is perfect. The personnel is very competent and friendly. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. Strongly recommended.

not what you expect and does not pay 5 stars worth.
Arrival on 05.08.2024 first impression very nice hotel ,
Unfortunately since 05.08 to today 14.08 the room is dirty, black hair in the bathroom and the one bed with stains, already informed 3 times the reception never it was cleaned only surfaces.
Unfortunately, the food has also been almost raw every day for 2 days whether pommes potatoes or the meat valleywise.
The pool area is getting old loose flowing algae at the poolside loose sidewalk stones I don't know where the 5 stars at the hotel come from.
Cleanliness Max 2 stars
Food 3 stars
Kindness 5 stars.
For vacationers who just want peace and quiet, this is very good because ap 22.30 here has nothing left open and is very quiet if you want to experience a bit of shopping in the evening you are here at the wrong address.
The beach is beautiful no stones no dirt and very flat for children fantastic.
