Δεν μπορούσα να κοιμηθώ ούτε λεπτό
Η θερμοκρασία δωματίου δεν μπορεί να ελεγχθεί και είναι εξαιρετικά ζεστό μέσα όταν η εξωτερική θερμοκρασία είναι 9 βαθμούς.
Δεν μπορούσα να κοιμηθώ ούτε λεπτό.
Τι ωφελεί ένα ξενοδοχείο αν δεν μπορείτε να κοιμηθείτε μετά από μια κουραστική μέρα.

We are sorry to read that you were not able to enjoy a good night. However, it surprises us because the room temperature can of course be lowered or the window can be opened for ventilation. Next time, please speak directly to our team at reception, who will certainly be able to help you quickly or find a good solution for you - we are available 24 hours a day.
Maybe you'll give us another chance to completely convince you next time you visit Hamburg.
