Terrible Experience and Poor Customer Service!
I recently stayed at Hotel Tre Isole, and it was one of the worst experiences I've ever had in a hotel. We booked a superior room for $115, expecting a comfortable stay, but it was anything but that.
First, there was NO AIR CONDITIONING in our bedroom, despite the sweltering 38°C heat outside. When we reported this to the staff, they did nothing to fix the issue. The manager didn't even bother to come out and speak to us, leaving us feeling completely ignored and disrespected.
They offered us an alternative room, but it was in terrible condition—old and rundown. We couldn't believe they expected us to accept such poor accommodations after what we paid. We ended up sleeping in our friend's room because our own was unbearable.
To make matters worse, it became clear that the hotel knew about this AC issue beforehand but simply didn't care enough to address it or inform us before our arrival. The lack of customer service and the disregard for guests' comfort were appalling.
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. They are unprofessional and do not value their guests. Save your money and book elsewhere!
