Holiday
Pool and top bar service with Stefano and his cocktails. Very good also the service offered with body massages, very good girl. All the staff very nice. Magician Serenello to avoid.

Rooms as expected looking at their site... small but neat and clean. The bathroom needs renovation
Good cuisine, average by type of structure. Buffet a little 'poor and always the same for lunch and dinner for 14 days... diversify a little' would not be bad
Bicycle service pessimo..ne have few and badly put... we were forced to rent out of the structure
A little more courtesy wouldn’t hurt... a greeting or a “all right?” plus it wouldn’t hurt

Bad hotel, never again...
Bad room as in my opinion to renovate, including the excessively small bathroom.
Inadequate food compared to the price you pay; especially here I expected much more.
Beach issue: the offer included sunbeds from the 5’ row onwards with the possibility of upgrade; we were put in 9’ row next to the garbage cans and consequently forced to upgrade.
In addition, there have been many other inaccuracies, which even if of little importance still have the superficiality and little correctness on the part of the reception staff, such as the alleged availability of “zero” drinks included in the all-inclusive (which then was not) or the availability of babysitting service for children, revealed then for a fee only after arriving at the property (could have been better specified during the phone call), and in any case not always guaranteed.

ci dispiace che il suo soggiorno di appena qualche ora nell'hotel sia stato così spiacevole. Le camere e i bagni sono esattamente quelli che può trovare nelle foto del sito, forse è stato guardato un po' troppo velocemente? Sia nel sito che nel preventivo è specificato molto chiaramente che le bevande sono incluse solo ai pasti e chiaramente sono quelle alla spina (acqua naturale, frizzante, pepsi, aranciata, vino rosso e vino bianco) le bevande consumate al bar fuori dai pasti sono extra.
Nel prezzo sono inclusi tre pasti completi con scelta di 4 primi e tre secondi, frutta/dolce (con bevande e antipasti a buffet), piscina riscaldata, spiaggia, parcheggio, biciclette e mini-club durante i pasti. Se il cibo non è stato di suo gradimento, o se tra le scelte proposte non ha trovato pietanze consone alle sue aspettative di un hotel a 3 stelle, saremmo stati lieti di prepararle altro, è possibile fare richieste fuori menù. Basta comunicarlo.
Al suo arrivo lei ha richiesto una babysitter per i suoi figli e le è stato detto che era un servizio disponibile, ma chiaramente a pagamento. Il servizio gratuito offerto dall'hotel è quello dell'animazione durante i pasti e all'interno del nostro mini-club (specificato nel sito con tanto di orari). La invito a confrontare il tutto sul nostro sito internet.
Purtroppo la spiaggia non è privata e noi collaboriamo con gli stabilimenti di fronte alla struttura. Se ci avesse comunicato il problema della posizione dell'ombrellone avremmo cercato di risolverlo senza che chiedesse l'upgrade, che comunque le è stato concesso ed è stata spostata in terza fila. Se la sua esigenza è quella di avere un ombrellone in prima fila ad Agosto le consiglio vivamente di comunicarlo al momento della prenotazione, essendo agosto il mese di più alta affluenza in spiaggia, come lei ben saprà.
Ci tengo a sottolineare che siete arrivati per il pranzo di sabato e siete ripartiti dopo cena dichiarando che avevate avuto un grave problema familiare, senza minimamente accennare ai problemi riscontrati in struttura. Abbiamo (forse ingenuamente) simpatizzato con i vostri problemi e molto gentilmente vi è stato concesso di lasciare la struttura pagando solo la caparra come penale (meno di 2 giorni di soggiorno) quando in questo caso la policy di cancellazione prevede il pagamento dell'intero soggiorno.
Non ci è stato dato il tempo né il modo di poter rimediare in quanto ignari del vostro disagio, e di questo siamo dispiaciuti perché si sarebbe potuto risolvere, o quanto meno migliorare. Ma appunto, sarebbe bastato comunicarlo.
Tuttavia, definire i nostri servizi come "pessimi", alla luce delle poche ore passate qui da noi, e della gentile concessione di avervi fatto lasciare il soggiorno senza pagamento della penale, non sembra una descrizione attendibile o veritiera della situazione. Ma le percezioni sono soggettive, e per fortuna anche le valutazioni delle recensioni altrui.
Speriamo che lei abbia trovato un hotel all'altezza delle sue aspettative, e che abbia trascorso una buona vacanza in Romagna!

Vacanza da ripetere!
Partially renovated hotel in a strategic position: directly on the beach and downtown.
High level of cleanliness and catering.
Friendly and helpful staff.
Very cute nanny present at the mini club at meal times.
We had variable weather, so we could often enjoy the beautiful heated pool and suitable for all ages.
In short.... Vacanza da ripetere!
