we are pleased that you have stayed at the Hotel Laguna Blu and that you enjoyed our rooms. About the kettle, if you had asked, we would have definitely made sure to get it.
Nevertheless, we are glad that our staff, despite the problems with the language, it is ensured that every detail was impeccable.

We are happy that you have chosen the Hotel Laguna Blu for your beach holiday and we appreciate a lot that you mentioned the services that you enjoyed most, as our super breakfast, our great prices and the kindness of the staff.
We are sorry about the air conditioning: just to be clear we have two tipology of rooms, standard and economy. The last one, that is the one choosen by you is not equipped by AC but has a lower price.
Next time, please do not hesitate to ask for this service and we will do our best to fully satisfy you.
