The full amount of the reservation must be paid at check-in. Please note that noise travels easily throughout the building due to the building's structure. Please note that the male shared bathrooms are open between 15:00 - 22:00. Shower booths are open 24 hours a day. Hairdryers cannot be used in the guestrooms due to electrical capacity limits. Only staying guests are permitted in guest rooms. Visitors are only allowed at the hotel's lobby.
An accommodation tax is required in Osaka from January, 2017. Guests are required to pay JPY 100 per guest per night if the room rate per night is between JPY 7,000 and JPY 14,999, JPY 200 per guest per night if the room rate per night is between JPY 15,000 and JPY 19,999, and JPY 300 per guest per night if the room rate per night is JPY 20,000 or greater. This surcharge is not included in the total rate for some rooms and shall be paid at the hotel. For details, please confirm with the hotel. According to the Osaka City Ordinance, the accommodation tax in Osaka City will be revised starting September 1, 2025. The tax will be charged per person per night based on the accommodation fee: 5,000 JPY to 15,000 JPY per person per night: 200 JPY tax 15,000 JPY to 20,000 JPY per person per night: 400 JPY tax Over 20,000 JPY per person per night: 500 JPY tax Some room rates do not include the accommodation tax, and guests may be required to pay it separately at the front desk.
