Είχαμε μια καταπληκτική διαμονή στο Novotel Luxembourg Kirchberg! Βρίσκεται στην καρδιά του Kirchberg, είναι εύκολα προσβάσιμο με τη δημόσια συγκοινωνία, η οποία είναι δωρεάν στο Λουξεμβούργο, μια τέτοια ευκολία! Πολύ καλό ξενοδοχείο σε ιδανική τοποθεσία.
Μου αρέσει η τοποθεσία, είναι καλά συνδεδεμένη με στάση τραμ, Ψώνια. Το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετικό. Το εξαιρετικό μέρος του ξενοδοχείου είναι φιλικό προς το περιβάλλον. Λαμβάνουν το περιβάλλον πολύ σοβαρά, θα εκτιμήσω σίγουρα το ξενοδοχείο Novtel για την παροχή επαναφορτιζόμενη μπουκάλι νερού & σταθμός πλήρωσης στο πάτωμα που έχω δει για πρώτη φορά. Το ξενοδοχείο παρέχει επίσης είδη μπάνιου όπως χτένισμα. ξυρίστρα, πάστα κλπ κατόπιν αιτήματος αντί να σπαταλάτε το πλαστικό στοιχείο περιττό. Το δωμάτιο ήταν αρκετά ευρύχωρο για την οικογένεια.
Δεν μου αρέσει το παρακάτω
1 . Fast Online Checkout Concept - Έχω ελέγξει - έξω σε απευθείας σύνδεση για γρήγορη χρέωση & περίμενε το κλειδί μου να είναι έτοιμο για συλλογή, αλλά έπρεπε και πάλι να ελέγξει έξω στη ρεσεψιόν έτσι αυτό το γρήγορο online checkout είναι χάσιμο χρόνου.
2 . Η ζώνη καπνίσματος βρίσκεται ακριβώς μπροστά από την είσοδο της ρεσεψιόν έτσι θα καταναλώνετε τον καπνό των τσιγάρων ανεπιθύμητα. Θα ήθελα να ζητήσω από τη διοίκηση του ξενοδοχείου να μετακινήσει τη ζώνη καπνίσματος σε μία από τις γωνίες στον ανοικτό χώρο.
Δεν μου αρέσει το παρακάτω

Very good
We stayed three days in Luxembourg to see the musical les miserables and we stopped at this hotel.I must say that I have been to many hotels in this chain and I have never been disappointed.The hotel is located in the Kirchberg area home to many multinationals , hotels , banks and government organizations.The center can be reached easily by tram, free like all other means of transport in Luxembourg.It passes every 5 minutes.Very kind staff, they speak several languages including Italian, at least the guy who checked us in.Very spacious rooms, modern and functional bathroom.Quality of the beds very good , also the Hall and very cozy as well as the restaurant .We took the city breakfeast for 10 € , you can have the sweet or savory variant with coffee or juice.Parking in front of the hotel , if it is full there is the alternative a few meters ahead.We ate nearby, a few meters from the hotel, there are some restaurants , but as mentioned in the hotel there is also a restaurant.We were completely satisfied and can recommend it.

I recently stayed at Novotel Luxembourg Kirchberg and found the location to be excellent, with easy access to key attractions and public transport. The room was spacious, providing plenty of comfort and room to move around, making it a pleasant environment to relax in. However, I did find the bed to be a bit too soft for my personal preference, which affected my sleep quality. Overall, it's a great hotel with a fantastic location and generous room sizes, but if you prefer a firmer mattress, you might want to consider that aspect before booking.

The room is very clean and the beds are comfortable. We only had a bad experience with the waitress at the restaurant inside the hotel- she is very rude.
