Peaceful week in a large vacation complex
Beautiful resort. Two very large pools with swim up bars. The buffet had a great selection and the staff were very courteous. The limited beach front was enough for every one and had lots of chairs. There is a childrens water park . My only complaint was all the jacuzzi pools were cold water, even the secluded ones. They have great rooms and the activities are fun. All the staff are very helpful. We will be returning

Avoid
Avoid this place at all costs our first visit to Mexico and would never go back
Do not cater toward English over run with locals especially at a weekend and I mean over run if you don't get for food when it opens there's no seats or food that has not been taken or touched .. they have no idea how to que they have no sense of decency will take the last of anything no matter how many ppl are waiting
No entertainment in English
Rooms are damp there was human feaceas in our corridor no one cleaned it up for over 24 hours even toilet roll with it avoid do not book

Mexico Vacay
It was so muxh fun! The place, food, entertainment, and room was always clean! Request was always met! We will visit there again. Did I say the food was the freshest and amazing! The bar tenders was always making us amazing cocktail Happy Vacation ❤️

To escape the harsh Canadian winter
We really enjoyed the resort and the great food. However I would recommend bringing beach/water shoes for the rocks in the water. Also leave the small Bluetooth speakers behind and use your earbuds/ headphones instead, people have travelled far and wide to enjoy the sun, sand and waves. We would be more than happy to repeat our visit.

10 year anniversary not so great
Got married 10 years ago at this same resort and were excited to bring our kids (5yr and 3yr) to show where mom and dad got married.
On the 2nd day there we were having an afternoon nap and the floor underneath us cracked open.
-First they told us someone was going to come check it out. No one came.
-Next they told us to sleep there and someone will fix it the next morning. Meanwhile the floors are creaking and getting on the bed would probably drop us into the room below us.
-With nobody coming I went to the front desk to show them pictures and they told us to go back to our room and an attendant will come with new card keys and help us move. No one came.
-Called every 30 mins to check. No one ever came.
-at 11 pm the kids are getting cranky and need to go to bed. So I walk to the concierge to get a new card myself. Was finally able to move kids to the new room but need help brining over all the luggage.
It's currently 1215am. Still waiting for some kind of help to move our luggage to our new room.
