Good holiday
We stayed there for a week as a family of 4 and we absolutely enjoyed our stay.Lets begin with good things first,rooms very tidy and cleaned everyday housekeeping staff 10/10 in every way ,beds comfy we slept like babies ,nice balcony ,bathroom and toilet basic but you don't need more.Reception,pools sitting area great lots of space.Food repetitive but we couldn't complain everything was nice and the cakes omg About staff they are working hard you can tell ,our favourite was JAMES his personality was just on top always smiling and asking if we are OK unfortunately some of the staff in the bar(inside not at the pool)and reception was very unfriendly and rude thats the only bad thing we can say .Tips: safe in the room costs £1 /day ,no kettle,iron in the rooms,small hairdryer liquid soaps in the shower and near the sink ,cash is the must we didn't used card at all ,late check out needs to be booked first thing in the morning on the day you leave and it cost 30 pounds.We definitely coming back to Morroco we absolutely loved the holidays.

Average bit hit and miss.
Great trip, loved Marrakech its self. Very vibrant city & safe. Incredible history.
hotel is nice but wouldn’t consider it a 4 star at all. Rooms are dated, tiles broken in shower and mould on ceiling.
Not everything is all inclusive here, Drinks are very small including coffees. Food is ok, average. For real taste of Morocco book a restaurant in city centre.
Staff are great are friendly although we did have an issue with one of the gardeners who kept asking for money several days in a row made us feel uncomfortable, we walk a different direction to avoid him in the hotel.
Easy to get into the city from the hotel, taxi are cheap.
Bed comfy, no signs for the doors so if you wanted to sleep in, in the mornings we couldn’t housekeepers knock at 9am but they’re very friendly just don’t expect a lie in.

Look at what you are paying before making a scathing comment!
A bit like a lot of these reviews, booked it, saw some of the reviews and started to panic….need not I say!
Check in - we arrived quite late, probably about 11.30ish. No wait to be seen and no problem. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Said to go chuck case in room and come back for some food, which we did and it was gratefully appreciated. Along with the bottle of sealed water that was left out.
Room - very clean, probs bit basic - but we literally just slept in there so no complaints here. Bed was ok. Pillow was a bit naff (just imagine sleeping on a bag of cotton wool balls)
Take own kettle etc if want to make own tea and coffee and I would also say maybe take a small extension cable - only 3 plugs in room and not one by both bed sides.
We had some very noisy neighbours on the first 2 nights. So much so we could not sleep. Asked reception if we could move and we did no problem. We were originally on the ground floor and you could hear every footstep and urination from above !
Towels changed every day.
Food - lots of variety, we are both vegan but knew that would be more lenient while away and plenty of choice for a vegetarian diet. Apart from the fish Buffett night where I think everything, even the salads had fish in.
There are no labels on the dishes, be warned for anyone with an allergy. There is a sign saying to make them aware if you do.
Drinks - beer always bottles. Wine was perfectly acceptable. Spirits were a little more of a miss than a hit. More interesting cocktails are not in the AI.
Pool bar - always served with no problem, lady was brilliant and always had some lovely chats with her.
Insects - we encountered no mosquitoes- not around the complex and not in our room, until the last night where we accidentally left the door open and invited the mosquito army to come stay for the night.
There are no wrist band showing who is adult and child. So the young guests were able to get drinks. Until the staff cottoned on.
Also, despite the conspiracy theories there is no variation on the Brits and French having different colours either !
Staff - no one was rude, no one was prioritising the French. I just think we are so used to queuing and will wait in a queue whereas the French and any other European country will just go up to the Bar.
Pool - plenty of beds. In fact no issue at all. If you want all day winter sun head to the shallow end of the pool. Water, I can only imagine had been flowed down through the ice mountains. It was blooming freezing. Again shallow end seems bit warmer.
Activity staff - by eck this team work hard. Something for everyone and they go on to late at night. Most of the eve entertainment was not our thing but we did sit snd watch a few night. If nothing else, you can’t fault their enthusiasm.
Would not hesitate to return.
But if was planning on weekend break to get into Marrakech then I would chose something closer to the middle. But we did use the shuttle bus a few times with no problem.

Not bad - could do better if the hotel gives the staff what they need
Not bad if you get it at a good rate.
The staff and entertainment team are great. But could do with some more resources as they don’t seem to have what they need or want.
The food and service lets the hotel down overall.
Shout out to Spfaiga - he was great with our little boy.

Excellent holiday with the family
Absolutely wonderful family holiday. The entertainment team are so hard working and funny, especially Sfaiga. In fact all the staff work tirelessly to make sure everyone is happy. Rooms are kept clean and the maids are all lovely and so helpful. Food and drinks are plentiful. I 100% recommend the hot air balloons and quad biking in the Agafay desert.

The water park offsite the property's opening dates are from 1st of May unti the 31st of October each year. Opening hours are from 10:00 am until 06:00 pm.
For sharing rooms, if either or both of guests are Moroccans, they will be required to show a marriage certificate, otherwise the hotel reserves the right to reject for check-in.
