Very nice hotel, Good Coffee Shop.
Check in was fast, the coffee shop on the mezzanine was perfect place to hang out for coffee...they have good coffee and food. Breakfast was good with different choices everyday.
Location is at the quiet side of the busy streets around the SM Mall, very convenient to walk to the mall.
Check out was fast and took the free shuttle to airport, it's a big plus for their service.
I will stay with Avior on my future visit.

Gensan Staycation
They have a Little nice cafe-restaurant located at the 2nd flr. (Staff should be trained more etiquette about serving food)
One time I asked for make up room and they forgot to give me towels , the housekeeping should always triple check everything before they release the room. Such a hassle.
I hope next time when I come back to stay here again, The Management improved their customer service experience. They should Be flexible to their guests needs and train their staff more efficiently. Genuine Smile and greetings are really important for me.
Shout out to Apple in the reception for assisting me her aura from the rest is very welcoming. And to Gabriel, the hotel airport guy. Very helpful and attentive.
One thing to add , they offer free airport shuttle service which is very convenient.!
