Please inform Haadtien Beach Resort of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Please note that payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Please be informed that during bad weather conditions and due to the fact that the island is far from the mainland, the property cannot guarantee a good and stable internet connection. Please note that the name of the credit card holder must be the same as the guest's name. Credit card must be presented to the hotel upon check-in. Resort Renovation Announcement: We will be undertaking a comprehensive renovation from September 10 to December 20, 2024. While the completion date is subject to change, we will do our utmost to minimize any disruptions during this period. During the renovation, work will commence daily from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with noise hours from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. As a result, there will be some construction noise. To ensure our guests continue to enjoy a delightful dining experience, Capri restaurant will remain open for all-day dining, and our Beach Bar will serve both lunch and dinner. Additionally, we will be offering Happy Hour benefits on selected items at Capri restaurant and the Beach Bar during certain times of the day. As a gesture of appreciation for your continued support, we will also provide extra shuttle services between the resort, Mae Haad Pier, and Sairee Beach throughout the renovation period.
