Food and beverage services at this property may be limited or unavailable due to the coronavirus (COVID-19). In accordance with government guidelines to minimize transmission of the coronavirus (COVID-19), this property can only accept bookings from essential workers/permitted travelers on dates where such guidelines exist. Reasonable evidence must be provided on arrival. If it isn't provided, your booking will be canceled on arrival. As a result of the coronavirus (COVID-19), this property has temporarily suspended its shuttle services. Due to the coronavirus (COVID-19), this property is taking steps to protect the safety of guests and staff. Certain services and amenities may be reduced or unavailable as a result. Due to the coronavirus (COVID-19), make sure you're booking this property in accordance with the destination's local government guidelines, including (but not limited to) the purpose of travel and maximum group size. Due to the coronavirus (COVID-19), wearing a face mask is mandatory in all indoor common areas. It's not possible to stay at this property for coronavirus (COVID-19) quarantine purposes. Coronavirus (COVID-19) PCR tests are available at this property at no extra charge for those exhibiting symptoms consistent with the virus and have been confirmed by an accredited doctor. It's possible to extend your stay at this property at no extra cost for coronavirus (COVID-19) quarantine purposes, with a maximum limit of 10 extra days. Medical monitoring is available for guests quarantined due to coronavirus (COVID-19). This may be provided in person or virtually, depending on the property type and location. A negative coronavirus (COVID-19) PCR test result is mandatory to check in to this property. Guests must meet one or more requirements to stay in this property: Proof of full Covid-19 vaccination, a recent valid negative coronavirus PCR test, or recent proof of coronavirus recovery. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests don't receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of THB 5000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
