Please inform Bovey Castle of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. In response to the coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. It's not possible to stay at this property for coronavirus (COVID-19) quarantine purposes. - Rooms are serviced daily, and lodges every 3 days. - Children may use the indoor pool between 09:00 and 17:00 when accompanied by an adult. Please note that all special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. - The property cannot accept bookings of more than 4 rooms or 2 lodges. - If you are traveling with children, please ensure any requests you make are confirmed. - Spa treatments and activities can be booked for an extra charge and it is recommended this is done prior to arrival to avoid disappointment. - Please pre-book all dinner and breakfast requirements. - Lodge guests access to all hotel facilities including dining, and there is a limited food offering to the lodges. - One dog can be accommodated at the property in the Single, & Classic rooms and 2 medium size dogs in the Castle, Valley and Family Rooms for an additional fee of GBP 25 per dog per night. Guests must inform the property when booking if bringing a dog. Please note the following with regard to their stay: - All dogs must be aged 6 months or over and fully house-trained; - Dogs must be kept on a lead around the estate (please avoid walking on the golf course); - Dogs are welcome in the hotel in the bedrooms, Cathedral Room, the Library, the seating area under the main stairs and the South Terrace; - Dogs are not allowed in the Oak Bar, The Adam Room and the Great Western Grill. - Should you wish to have your dog with you at dinner there are a limited number of dog friendly tables available Smith's Brasserie so please pre-book. Alternatively we are able to serve dinner in the Cathedral Room should you wish to dine with your dog; - Dogs are not allowed on any furniture, and should you wish to leave them for a short while while you are in the hotel we can provide a crate for them on request.
