Neither the steam room nor the Jacuzzi were working in The Leisure Club (which was a factor in us choosing the hotel) so the sauna was full constantly.Pool was a touch cool too.
Not a lot of staff present and breakfast whilst fine seemed to have been stood for some time.
Will give it another go as locations suits for regular visits to that area.

I immediately went to the reception to report the situation. The manager accompanied me to the room, visibly upset by what he saw. After checking his records, he informed me that he couldn't determine what had happened. I expressed my concern that I couldn’t sleep in such disarray, with everything scattered around. He then arranged for me to change rooms and assured me he would investigate the issue and follow up.
However, during my entire stay, I never received any response or apology from the hotel staff. This experience was quite challenging for me, especially as a doctor who was on a business trip at the Hog's Back Hotel & Spa.
