You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. A damage deposit of USD 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. For security purposes, the property requires the credit card used to secure the reservation and a photo ID at check-in. The credit card used to book the reservation must be presented at the time of check-in, along with a photo ID for verification. Please note that this property can only accept service animals. Pets, therapy animals, and emotional support animals are not allowed. The name on the reservation must match the name of the guest who is checking in. Any advance deposit previously collected on the credit card used to book the reservation will be refunded to the card on file and payment will be obtained on the credit card presented by the guest at check-in. Please note that the daily resort fee is taxable and includes towels, free local calls, and toll free calls. Rooms are serviced before and after checkout. Housekeeping is not available at this time. Office hours are as follows: 08:00 until 18:00 Monday through Saturday 09:00 until 17:00 Sunday Guest checking in after hours must call the property prior to arrival. Due to city occupancy and fire codes, please disclose the exact amount of guests who will be traveling on your reservation. Please note that the maximum occupancy per room is 6 guests and all children are to be considered in the maximum occupancy of 6.
