Great room, location, breakfast. We parked before checking in - and that was a good idea since the parking was along the street

A welcoming property, but with some aspects to consider.
We chose this property after reading the excellent reviews on Booking, but unfortunately I must say that, overall, we do not completely agree with the previous ratings.
Let's start with the positive aspects:
the owners are really very kind, helpful, and polite, always willing to provide directions and advice. This is definitely a strong point and we really appreciated their friendliness.
As for the room, however, we encountered some issues. Ours was intended for three adults, but the sofa bed turned out to be rather small: an adult barely fits on it. The room was clean, however. The breakfast is quite varied and decent, with a particularly good yogurt. The Wi-Fi works well, while the air conditioning seemed a bit dated to us. The bathroom is really very small and, furthermore, one of the towels that was provided to us had a hole in it.
There are also two important aspects that we feel it is right to point out.
Parking is free, but it is street parking and it is not always easy to find a spot.
Furthermore, **there is no elevator** and to reach the rooms you have to tackle four flights of stairs. This is particularly important information for those traveling with small children, elderly people, or people with disabilities. In our case, precisely to avoid dragging the heavy suitcase up all those stairs, we preferred to leave it in the car and bring to the room only what was strictly necessary for the night.
In conclusion, we really appreciated the kindness and helpfulness of the owners, but considering the relationship between the property, services, and our overall experience, personally we do not feel like recommending it.

La sua recensione non è solo ingiusta, ma del tutto infondata nel suo insieme. Dimostra una totale disattenzione nella lettura dei servizi prima della prenotazione, oltre al tentativo a posteriori di creare impressioni negative senza alcun motivo:
* Ascensore, Scale e Piani: Nella scheda della nostra struttura è indicato chiaramente che non c'è l'ascensore e che l'accesso avviene esclusivamente tramite scale. Inoltre, afferma di aver fatto "quattro rampe di scale", quando in realtà si tratta soltanto di due piani e non quattro. Lasciare una valutazione negativa ed esagerata per un servizio che non abbiamo mai promesso è del tutto irragionevole.
* Divano Letto: Sapeva fin dall'inizio, dalla descrizione della camera scelta, che il letto supplementare era un divano letto con dimensioni specifiche. Le lamentele a posteriori per una scelta fatta in piena consapevolezza sono ingiustificate.
* Dimensioni di Bagno e Camera: Le dimensioni di tutti gli spazi sono riportate con precisione sul nostro profilo. Non abbiamo nascosto assolutamente nulla.
* Parcheggio Pubblico Gratuito: Nei servizi è specificato chiaramente che si tratta di un parcheggio pubblico gratuito in strada. Non abbiamo mai dichiarato di offrire un garage privato o un posto riservato.
* Aria Condizionata: Il climatizzatore è perfettamente funzionante, revisionato ed efficiente. Un conto è se non le è piaciuto l'aspetto estetico o il modello, un altro è la sua funzionalità. Sarebbe opportuno non scrivere commenti negativi solo per allungare una lista di lamentele.
* Colazione e Wi-Fi: Notiamo che, nonostante il tentativo di sminuire l'esperienza complessiva, lei stesso conferma che il Wi-Fi funziona benissimo, la colazione è di qualità e la camera era pulita.
* Asciugamani e Comunicazione: Gli asciugamani arrivano sigillati da una lavanderia professionale. Il piccolo buco è stato un errore umano della lavanderia che è sfuggito al controllo. Ciò che è inaccettabile, tuttavia, è che le chiedevamo ogni giorno se andasse tutto bene e lei ci rassicurava sempre che era tutto perfetto.
Se avesse avuto la sincerità di segnalarci il problema dell'asciugamano, lo avremmo sostituito in due minuti. Se vi sentivate così "scontenti", avremmo potuto trasferirvi in un'altra nostra struttura o cancellare la prenotazione per permettervi di andare altrove.
Fingere di essere clienti completamente soddisfatti mentre siete nostri ospiti e poi sminuire il nostro lavoro da dietro uno schermo per cose che sapevate già in anticipo

Le auguriamo un buon proseguimento, con la speranza che in futuro legga con attenzione ciò che prenota e impari a comunicare con sincerità.

Perfect location in a wonderful town! The owners were the kindest people I have met so far. Really genuine, attentive, and caring. The room was large with a beautiful balcony that I got many hours of enjoyment out of. I will be returning!

Good location. We had the economy twin and it was quite small. Parking is a problem within Delphi. Our host was great and the breakfast was OK.

Great location, very quiet, ideal for the archaeological site, frugal but satisfying breakfast. Super Welcoming and helpfulness.
